Investtime — Land Investment Platform
A land investment platform managing 4,000+ listings across 80+ locations — a full-stack project I played an active role in developing.
Problem
Investtime needed a platform for people looking to invest in land — zoned plots, fields, olive groves, orchards — across more than 80 locations. It had to list and filter thousands of listings reliably and give buyers transparency through the post-sale process, including deed (tapu) tracking.
Approach
I worked full-stack as part of a two-person development team, writing code on both frontend and backend and covering roughly 50-60% of the codebase. What we built:
- Listing pages with photos, price, size, and location
- Filtering and search by city/district/land type/price range
- Google Maps integration for location display
- A membership system with a customer-facing "Deed Tracking" page
- A CRM-connected inquiry form
- An SEO-focused blog covering topics like deed transfers and property declarations
- WhatsApp notifications for new listings and deed handovers
I left the project about a month ago; the site's current state also reflects the team's continued work since then.
Technologies
Full-stack web development, PostgreSQL, maps integration, CRM integration, SEO
Result
The platform runs live with 4,000+ active listings and a steady stream of customer testimonials (deed handover photos, Google reviews). The filterable listing structure and transparent deed-tracking process let customers invest confidently without the usual risks of buying directly from private sellers.
