Housetime — Custom Home Design Platform
A platform showcasing prefab and fully custom wooden home designs — a full-stack project I played an active role in developing.
Problem
Housetime, a custom wooden/prefab home builder, needed a website that could showcase ready-made models while also capturing fully custom design requests. The goal was to build trust by transparently explaining the production process and to collect inquiries in a structured way.
Approach
I also worked full-stack as part of a two-person development team on this project, writing code across both frontend and backend and covering roughly half of the codebase. What we built:
- Gallery pages showcasing ready-made models (Yuvam 1, Model 1-3, etc.)
- An interactive digital design/configuration tool
- A trust-building content flow explaining the 4-stage production process
- An FAQ section covering utilities, production process, and customization options
- A contact form with WhatsApp integration
- SEO-focused blog content on tiny houses and bungalows
Technologies
Full-stack web development, SEO, form/integration infrastructure
Result
The site is live, presenting both ready-made models and the custom design service through a modern interface backed by high-quality renders and photography. The transparent process walkthrough and FAQ section resolve buyers' hesitations before they even reach out.
